weekly recap
A Week in Photos: 21/52
Thursday, May 26, 2016It's the last full week in May, which means my birthday is inching closer and closer. I think that no matter how old I am, I'm always going to be excited about my birthday! Anyways, on to this past week's photos.
May 19: My niece graduated from high school (I seriously remember when she was BORN!) and so we threw her a little soiree at the house. This is one of my favorite pictures from the night! |
May 20: I took a little Friday stroll on campus. We have enormous magnolia trees all over the place and they're just too pretty not to share. |
May 21: I took about a 5-mile walk by the lake Saturday. The water is so peaceful. I've decided I'd like to go out to the lake more to read. |
May 22: Another outdoor walk led me to see some adorable little turtles bathing on a tree branch. I love turtles. Look, I know they carry diseases and such, but they're so precious. |
May 23: I spent the night finishing up Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and I've started the second book, Hollow City. You can expect a review to be up in the next couple of weeks. |
May 24: During my lunch time stroll, I spotted a couple of little groundhogs (so cute!), but they ran. You can kind of see one on the little dirt-mound around mid-picture. |
May 25: I spent the evening helping my sister move into her new house. OF COURSE we posed to take a girl power picture! |
How was your week?

hey, you never get too old to get excited about your birthday... no matter how old we are, it will mean we're one year more sophisticated haha
ReplyDeleteI know people who, once they hit a certain age, hate their birthdays! That's crazy to me. It's such a day to celebrate!
