August Goals, July Recap

Okay guys. Seriously. I know I've been bad at blogging lately, and we're almost halfway through the month, but let me update you on my July goals and share my August goals with you!


July Recap

1. Check more off the wedding checklist. I was able to mark out a ton of stuff. Really too much to list here, but we are getting there. Just a month and 10 days left until THE DAY!
2. Create a wedding-specific list of goals with specific deadlines, and share. I did this. You can view it here
3. Take breakfast and lunch to work 4 days out of each week. So surprisingly, I was able to do this all month long! There were only 2 days all month that I bought lunch during the work week. It has become way easier to bring lunch and breakfast, even though I do buy a coffee almost everyday (does that count?). 
4. Hit 10,000 steps at least 3 days of the week. I hit 10,000 steps 10 times in July, but mostly the beginning of the month. Apparently, I got really lazy sometime mid-July. I try this again this month.
5. Clear up some of the Netflix queue. I've been working on this. All of July, I only watched the tv shows that are coming on now weekly, and on Netflix only watched movies. I have only FIVE movies left on the queue, and then I can get back to binge watching tv shows. 


1. My biggest goal is to actually make it through the month. The wedding is quickly approaching there's so much to do. Let's do this!
2. Hit my 10,000 steps 3 times a week. Let's try this again.
3. Clear up my August portion of the wedding planning checklist.
4. Continue my good eating habits by bring my breakfast and lunch to work with me most days.
5. In addition, drink 110 ounces of water each day, including weekends.


My major focus is getting to the wedding and doing as much as I can for that until then. Wish me luck!
